Prices are per person per night, based on group size.

Groups are responsible for their own public liability insurance.

Not permitted anywhere on the premises.

Not permitted in any buildings.

Require prior written permission from Dan.

Must be supervised. Use designated site only.

No Food Games

Flour, eggs, etc. not permitted near buildings.

No Pets

We are unable to accommodate pets.

Cleanliness

Groups are responsible for keeping the site clean and tidy during their stay.

No deposit is required. Full payment is due within 5 days after your stay.
We require a minimum 2-night stay for all bookings.
Our pricing starts from groups of 25. For smaller groups, please get in touch to discuss options.
Yes, The Poplars is an enclosed 70-acre estate, making it a safe environment for groups with children and young people.
Yes! We have a sizeable campfire site with logs to sit on. Firewood is provided, alternatively you can use our firepits.
Internet access is available in the meeting rooms. The Poplars is a great place to disconnect and enjoy time together!
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets on the estate.
