Must be supervised. Use designated site only.

Flour, eggs, etc. not permitted near buildings.

No Pets

We are unable to accommodate pets.

Cleanliness

Groups are responsible for keeping the site clean and tidy during their stay.

No deposit is required. Full payment is due within 5 days after your stay.
We require a minimum 2-night stay for all bookings.
Our pricing starts from groups of 25. For smaller groups, please get in touch to discuss options.
Yes, The Poplars is an enclosed 70-acre estate, making it a safe environment for groups with children and young people.
Yes! We have a sizeable campfire site with logs to sit on. Firewood is provided, alternatively you can use our firepits.
Internet access is available in the meeting rooms. The Poplars is a great place to disconnect and enjoy time together!
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets on the estate.
Groups are responsible for their own public liability insurance during their stay.
No smoking or candles in the buildings. Fireworks require permission. Please respect our neighbours with your noise. No food games (flour, eggs, etc.) in or near the buildings. Groups are responsible for keeping the site clean and tidy during their stay.
